Properly hydrating has many substantial health benefits.
Water can help to prevent heartburn Heartburn is actually a signal there’s a lack of water in the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract. Although it can be temporarily relieved by medication, heartburn will repeatedly continue if you are not hydrated.
Water can help lower high cholesterol High cholesterol can be an indication of an early water deficiency. In order to prevent water loss, your body pours cholesterol (which is in the form of a clay-like material) into many cell membranes. Additionally, cholesterol is also used to defend against the overuse of other fundamental cells, which would generally transfer water through their cell membranes.
Water can help prevent migraines A migraine is actually your brain and eyes telling you there is a water shortage. Your migraine will completely disappear if preventative steps are taken to avoid dehydration all together. If migraines persist without proper hydration, it is possible inflammation could develop on the back of your eye, and could even create the loss of eye sight.
Water prevents and helps cure back pain Lower back pain and ankylosing arthritis of the spine are indications of a water deficiency in the discs and spinal column, because water acts as a sort of cushion which supports the weight of your body. Increasing the amount of water intake will be an effective treatment for these issues.
